Block and stop all communication with him.
In my experience helping hundreds of scam / blackmail victims, blackmailers are bluffing.
Do not pay him anything.
How would you spank me if I had been sent home from a school camp because of my poor behavior?
If necessary change your phone number or create a new email address.
